Walnut grandmother

Ingredients
3 egg whites
250 g walnuts
250 g sugar
2 vanilla

Method
The walnuts ground with several spoons of sugar. Egg whites are broken down in a water bath until the water in the lower vessel is heated. When they Snow add sugar and the walnuts. After the water in the lower vessel boils, reduce heat and stirring was continued for another 5-6 minutes. Remove from the water bath, add vanilla and mix again. Then leave to cool. The cold mixture with wet hands to form balls which are arranged in a tray, covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven (top and bottom heating element with fan) 180 C for about 9-10 minutes. When completely cool may be stored in a box.
