Almond Cream

Ingredients
1.5 liters of fresh milk
400 g sugar
50 g gelatin
400 g sour cream
100 g almonds
Method
Milk and sugar are cooked and cooled to 60-50 C. Gelatine soak in cold water until they were swollen. Was added to the milk. Thus prepared mixture was placed in a cold water bath and stirred until it became dough like. Add the cream and ground almonds. The cream is packed into custard cups and refrigerate.
