Apple dessert with ginger

Ingredients
500 g of apples, sour variety
20 g of fresh ginger
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
300-400 ml light grape juice
250 g cream
pinch of cinnamon optional
lemon peel, finely grated
Method
Peel apples and cut into cubes. Heat the butter in a saucepan, fry the apples is about 2-3 minutes. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Is added to the apples with sugar. Stir until it caramelized. Repay with grape juice, put it cinnamon and lemon rind. The quantity of juice depends on how thick you want the dessert. Boil for 10 minutes. Finally, pureeing and leave in refrigerator about 2 hours. Cream mix of snow (optional sugar). Stir gently with apple mixture and serve.
