Bakery chicks with eggs

550 g flour type 500
7 g of dry yeast or 21 g fresh yeast
200 ml milk
150-200 g granulated sugar
3 eggs
125 g butter
pinch of salt
zest Lemon

In medium bowl, stir 125 ml milk with 1 tbsp sugar and 2-3 tbsp flour. Stir until a homogeneous state is then covered and allowed to warm to 20-30 minutes. Eggs are broken along with the remaining sugar and salt. In a large bowl sifted flour, add the mixture to the eggs, remaining milk and zest. Add the yeast and soft butter. Blended into a smooth dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours (or until the volume increased twice). Dough knead lightly once during souring. The risen dough is divided into equal pieces that are shaped as balls. Each ball is rolled into a wick, which is tied in a knot. One end is formed on the head by making chovchitsa and the other is made of a flat tail like a knife is formed completely. eyes pinned onto Raisin by gently pinned onto. I personally used the pepper grains, but my father ate it, and therefore the likelihood happen to you such incidents, better use raisins. Place on a baking tray and leave to rise another 15-20 minutes. Smeared with beaten yolk. Heat the oven to 180C. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden.
