Banana mousse

Ingredients
500 ml milk
3 bananas
150 g sugar
10 g gelatin
caramel syrup
Method
Both Strain bananas mashed, other leave for decoration. Milk is put to boil and to this was added a solution of water bath gelatin, remove from heat and add the smashed bananas, put it into bowls and leave to cool, then put in the fridge to harden well. Decorate with remaining banana and a little caramel syrup. Obtained 5-6 cups cream.
