Brioche pudding with caramel

Ingredients
500 ml milk
100 g sugar
1 thick slice kozunak
vanilla 2
3 eggs
100 g sugar for caramel
Method
The sugar is dissolved in the milk, add the beaten eggs and vanilla . The kozunak cut into small pieces and added to the mixture. Make a caramel and flush cake pan. Pour the mixture. Bake in a water bath to a pale brown. When cool turns into a suitable dish. Serve with cream optional.

This is something like creme caramel with croissants! Seda for Easter there will be quite other cakes will try it!

Today I looked at a cooking show, they did the same recipe. Put a little raisins before you pour the milk mixture. There was sauce finished cake. 30 g glucose and 10 g of honey, everything melts and pour a little cream.
