The meat is washed and cut into in small pieces. Pour cold water and simmer until ready. Add a little sunflower oil, if the meat is very lean. Add vegetables and diced (without parsley), and then the rice. When fully cooked, boiling soup thicken with 2-3 eggs, beaten with a little vinegar and added through a sieve to obtain threads, during which time stirring continuously. Taste of taste. Paprika can pre-fry briefly in a little sunflower oil or added directly with other spices. Each serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
