Chicken bon fillet with almond crust

Ingredients
1 kg chicken bon fillets
3 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp melted honey
20 g white sesame
pepper, marjoram and salt
oil
pink tomatoes
spinach
arugula

Method
Put bon fillets in a deep pot. Sprinkle with almond flour, sesame seeds, black pepper, marjoram and salt. Finally add the melted honey and olive oil. Mix well to evenly seasoned fillets. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. In heated Teflon pan, bake the fillets for 2-3 minutes to remain tender and succulent. * The proportions salad leave you. Serve portion of bonfiletata on fresh salad.
