Chicken with Chinese vegetables

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
egg white 1
2 tsp starch
2 tbsp wine
3 tbsp soy sauce or universal
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
2 carrots
2 onions
2 -3 cloves garlic
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp starch
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce or universal
2 tbsp wine
3-4 tbsp broth
1-2 drops of liquid sweetener

Method
Chicken meat is cut and sprinkled with starch. Egg white was stirred snow, add the wine and the universal (soybean) sauce and mix well. Allow to marinate 40-50 minutes. Bake in a Teflon pan until ready meat is removed. In the same skillet smothered in 2 tbsp broth chopped onion and garlic. Add carrots and peppers, cut into strips, and stew was continued for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce of mixed products for it and after thickens, returns meat.

Thanks for the idea. I did something similar and upload a photo. I have not used the sauce, put ready (lazy way :) and added broccoli, corn and orizche. Vkusnooo!

I followed the recipe dolsovno, but the result seems pretty tasteless. What would flow spices of the dish? I was surprised that there was not any fat.

Gerry, for more flavor would fry in a little oil (oil / peanut oil in a Teflon pan with 1-2. L. Are sufficient) garlic, sliced, to release the fragrance, it can be put and 1. l. grated fresh ginger. I hope to have useful :) Another idea to change the recipe of the sauce to remove the tomato paste to put even 1-2. L. Soy sauce, oyster sauce or fish, if you have at hand may pipetting not more than 1/2. l. sesame oil and other things are the same. Garlic and onions are fried, as in my first proposal and no need for herbs with this sauce (can be put optional, of course). You may add salt if needed.
