400 g chicken
4-5 pickled gherkins
100 g ham
5-6 mushrooms
150 g processed cheese
300 g sour cream
pepper
1 tbsp mustard

Method
Cut the meat, mushrooms, ham and pickles strips (julienne). First fry the meat, add the mushrooms, fry until browned them. Add ham and pickles. Mix the cream with 1 cup water and pour products. Add processed cheese and mustard, sprinkle with pepper. Let the meat on low heat for 10-15 minutes Serve warm. * Crucially processed cheese, it should be soft and savory.
