4 tbsp whose seeds
1 cup (240 ml) almond milk or other
4 tbsp (or to taste) honey, agave syrup or maple syrup
5-6 tbsp cocoa
nuts, seeds or fruit for garnish (optional)

Whose seeds can be ground in advance or be added to the whole milk. The mixture is stirred and thereto were added other ingredients. Everything passaged until smooth. Allow to stand in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Serve decorated optional.
