Ingredients
500 g cream
1 cup milk
150 g chocolate
150 g of powdered sugar
15 g gelatin

Method
Milk is heated with sugar. Separately, heat the cream and melt inside the crushed chocolate. Gelatin was dissolved to swell. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and make sweetened milk. Add the gelatin and should not boil but only melt. Put it in an appropriate form and allowed to harden for a few hours in the refrigerator.
