Christmas gingerbread - II type

Ingredients
125 g of honey
125 g sugar
125 g flour
2 eggs
cloves on top of the spoon
1 tsp baking soda

Method
All products are kneaded well. From the resulting dough is shaped balls and rank distance from one another in an oiled tray. Bake in a moderate oven. Once ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

ted_12, and I add 1 coffee cup vegetable oil. I measure one cup of coffee from the above mentioned products + oil. Instead cloves, put cinnamon. When taped with jam, soften. Good luck!

Thank you, Doby. Will already know, because I made them without fat (as in the recipe) and became damn tough, but at the expense of this delicious! I will make them again. Thanks very much for the clarification! :)
