Cleaned strawberries cut in halves, sprinkle with half the sugar and Cool. Mix 500 ml water with starch, a pinch of salt and sugar and boil for 2 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat, added to the wine, cooled and poured on strawberries. The soup is served with biscotti. Similarly, the soup can be prepared with other fruits.
