Ingredients
1 kg apples
150 g sugar
200 g cream
5-6 walnuts
Method
Apples are peeled, cut and stew in the oven with a little water and sugar until soft. Strain and add to it shattered with the remaining sugar and cream lightly cooked and chopped walnuts. Cream stir slightly and poured into bowls.
