Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 yolks
1 tbsp flour
2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp cognac
Method
Is broken yolks with the sugar, cognac and flour. The mixture was diluted with milk and boiled in order to thicken. The finished table add chopped walnuts and beat the mixture until a fluffy cream.
