500 g of whole yogurt
200 g sour cream
2 tbsp caster sugar (or to taste /)
300 g of fruit - strawberries, raspberries, cherries, peaches, pears - of your choice
100 g dark chocolate
rum essence optional

In a bowl, beat the milk with the cream and sugar. Grate the chocolate and 2/3 of it add to the milk mixture. If the fruits are larger cut them into pieces and add them and mix. Optional flavored with rum flavoring. Pour the cream into cups, optional before a bottom can be put in a cookie. Sprinkle the cream top with remaining grated chocolate. Wrap the cream in the refrigerator until serving him.
