Ingredients
100 g chocolate
200 ml cream
1 vanilla
1/2 tsp ginger
decoration - candied nuts and fruits
Method
In enameled pot warm 100 ml cream, add the grated chocolate and vanilla. Stir until chocolate is melted and cooled. Separately thick cream break other 100 ml cream and add to the chocolate mixture. Season with ginger. The cream is injected into bowls, decorate with candied almonds, walnuts and candied oranges.
