Ingredients
150 g pitted dates
50 g dried cranberries
50 g raisins
50 g coconut
50 g ground almonds
25 g caramelized coconut
4 tbsp honey

Method
Cut the many all chopped dried fruit - dates, cranberries and raisins. So chopped fruit retains its identity and its taste. Chopped fruit to add half ground almonds, half coconut, caramel, coconut and honey. Stir until a homogeneous mixture. Form small balls. The balls are rolled with the ground almonds and coconut. Store in the refrigerator.
