French soup with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 slice cabbage
2 carrots
2 potatoes
300 g fresh mushrooms
sunflower oil
2 yolks
pepper, salt
small snails paste
vinegar

Method
Cabbage, carrots and potatoes shred and mushrooms cut into slices. Products fried in the oil or butter. Add salt, pour 3-4 cups of water, then leave to boil nice. Once you have nice boiled potatoes. carrots, mushrooms and cabbage put small snails from the pasta and boil for another 5 minutes. Finally taste with egg yolks, vinegar and pepper.
