Fried peppers and potatoes

Ingredients
12-15 (1 kg) peppers
10-12 (1 kg) potatoes
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
500 g yogurt
5 tbsp (50 g) flour
salt
garlic

Method
Peppers baked, peel, cleaned of seeds and add salt, then rolled in flour and fried in fat. Wash potatoes, peel, cut into quarters and also fry. In presenting the plate rank peppers and potatoes, and at one end is placed podluchenoto with garlic yoghurt.

With some reservation I made this recipe. Prepare fried peppers, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, but with tomato sauce. With yogurt and garlic somehow I can not quite, but get better.
