500 g gnocchi
200 ml cream
150 g smoked or cooked ham
2 tbsp ghee or fresh feta cheese
other spices optional - rosemary, thyme, basil

Ham cut into thin strips and bake in a pan without oil, until golden color. Pour the cream, put it pepper and reduces kotlonat so to boil only slightly. If use rosemary or thyme, also set at this stage. Gnocchi are put in boiling salted water and waiting to come to the surface (about 3 minutes). In cream put processed cheese (maybe more than the specified). If necessary, add salt further. Gnocchi drain and put in the sauce. Pour a leafy herbs (parsley or basil) and mix well.
