Green salad with beetroot and mozzarella

Ingredients
1 green salad
150 g beetroot
100 g feta cheese mozzarella
20 g walnuts
1 apple
1/2 lemon
salt
2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
olive oil
2 cloves garlic

Method
Cloves of garlic cut in half and smeared them with the inner surface of the bowl, which will prepare the salad. Lettuce is washed, dried and chopped. Beets are boiled for about an hour (the time depends on the size of the head). After cooling is peeled and cut into cubes. Apple also cut together with beet is added to the salad. Mozzarella is broken into pieces. Mix everything and pour the dressing of salt, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Just before serving the salad sprinkled with crushed larger pieces of walnuts.
