Obviously tryavna little more to pouprazhnyavam!

Why? What's the problem?

I made the recipe in half dose. Received very tasty muffins while they were warm, but iztinaha became pretty hard. I do not know what causes it and would love advice.

vassinka, no yeast in the dough and therefore are not as soft and fluffy as a so-called *brioche buns*, but should not become as hard as cool. I see no reason other than flour. The dough should be very soft. So I've written that separates flour and it doomesva.

And my suspicion is that overdid with flour, although izmesih soft dough and add flour stopped as soon as he stopped to stick to hands and can also prepare. Next time will hit them :)
