Ingredients
500 g chicken breasts
250 g chicken livers
250 g chicken hearts
4-5 large onions
2 carrots
5-6 peppers (green, red or two)
2 tomatoes
1 cup white wine
250 g mushrooms mushrooms
100 ml sunflower oil
parsley, savory
salt, black and red pepper (to taste)
Method
Chicken breasts are finely chopped, two livers, hearts remain intact, vegetables in large pieces. In fat sauté onion alternately, carrots, mushrooms and peppers. Add meat and giblets, pour the wine and flavored with spices. Shortly before the dish is completely ready add the tomatoes and parsley. Optional can be baked in the oven. If you do not want to fry, can anything (except tomatoes) to put in stew early. At the end are added tomatoes and the dish was left for another 15 minutes in the oven.
