Kurban-soup of veal

Ingredients
400 g beef (boneless)
150 g of tomato paste
100 g peppers
100 g onions (2 medium onions)
100 g potatoes
4 tbsp sunflower oil
3 eggs
pepper
mint
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small cubes, pour cold water and add the oil. After boiling put salt to taste. If a foam during boiling is removed with a slotted spoon and discarded. Once the meat is cooked is removed from the pan while preparing other products. In court, which will boil soup stew broth of boiled meat already - the tomato paste, chopped peppers, onion (finely chopped or passaged), potatoes (cut into small cubes) and spices (pepper and mint flavor ). Once the potatoes are almost done, add the meat. The soup boil over low heat until cooked potatoes and finally before take off from the heat add previously beaten eggs.
