Ingredients
400 g biscuits (2 packages)
150-200 g kisses (1 package)
125 g butter
4 eggs
1 compote of apricots (800 g)
400 g sugar
2 vanilla
50 g raisins
little brandy or rum
3 tbsp cocoa
1 cup walnuts
lemon juice
Method
Raisins are put in brandy to soften. Prepare the sugar caramelized nuts and the walnuts and pour into a greased baking pan. Prepare both creams. Egg whites are broken down into snow with sugar, each egg white is added 4 tbsp sugar. Stir until a hard snow and add 1 tsp lemon juice and a pinch of salt. The second cream is prepared from the egg yolks. Add to them macerate and cocoa butter. Mix well and mixed with the egg white. Krokanat breaks finely and put in the cream. Add brandy and drained raisins. Arranged in shape of cake - order ladyfingers soaked in juice compote and cognac, and on top of the cream. Then add the crushed and kisses. Then again order biscuits and cream. Finally, the cake can be adorned with egg whites of snow and part of Kroc. The cake is placed for 12 hours in the refrigerator to set.

When I rum raisins soak them in brandy to rum essence. The cake looks pretty tasty and even, and my ability is not very difficult as'm not much cake.
