Marinated chicken roll with skinless sausage

Ingredients
600 g chicken fillet
300 g yogurt
1 tsp mustard
salt, cumin and pepper
1 egg for egg wash
# For the filling:
2 skinless sausages
150 g mushrooms
150 g cheese
1 tomato
parsley

Method
Yogurt mix with mustard and spices and chicken fillet marinate in this mixture overnight. Then, using a thin fillet knife is formed of a thin sheet. Chicken spread on nylon. On the manner of filling it - blanched mushrooms, pieces of tomatoes, sprinkle with podrpavki, top rank slices of cheese, skinless sausages and parsley optional. With the help of the plastic is rolled up. Fastened with pegs. Place in a greased baking dish. Watered with remaining marinade. Smeared with beaten egg. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C with foil, then it was removed and dopicha further 15 minutes. When serving garnish with parsley.
