In a pan put the butter and sugar. Stir until they syrup. Then put the bananas and fry for 2 minutes on both sides. Remove and leave in a deep dish. In a pan add the juice from the oranges and rum. Allow to boil for about 2 minutes to take the rum thick syrup. Bananas are poured and served hot.
