Mousse with instant coffee

Ingredients
100 g chocolate
4 tbsp instant coffee
50 g butter
4 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
biscotti
Method
Chocolate is melted in a water bath with instant coffee and the butter. The yolks were separated from the whites and added to the chocolate with sugar. Egg whites are broken down into a dense snow and were added to the mixture after it cools. Musat is served in glasses with biscotti.
