125 g flour
125 g butter
150 g sugar
200 g chocolate
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Method
Chocolate is melted over low heat with a little water, remove from heat and add the butter, flour and baking powder. Separately, beat egg yolks and gradually add to the chocolate mixture. Finally, with mild stirring, and froth egg whites. The mixture was dispensed into molds for muffins or paper baskets. Bake at 180 C of not more than 20 minutes. If you bake more become very dry.
