3 and 1/2 cup flour
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup water

Method
In a bowl mix the flour and salt. Reference is well and add eggs. Mix well. Add water a few times, each time stirring until her assumption of flour. If necessary add another 1-2 tbsp water. Form a ball and let stand 10 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Must have a thickness of about 5 mm as noodles tripling its volume when cooked. Cut to ribbons by the length and width are desired. Allowed to dry for approximately 3-4 hours. Once dry noodles are placed one by one in boiling water, such as chicken soup. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
