Okra salad with lemon juice

Ingredients
1 kg okra
3-4 tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
lemon juice 1
2 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Okra is washed and cleaned, add salt is sprayed with vinegar, and left to stand for 10-15 minutes, then washed again and boiled with a little water until soft. Boiled okra is placed in a suitable dish, pour in the oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley and garnish with slices of tomatoes and parsley twigs.
