Omelet with dry tarator

Ingredients
4 eggs
15 g butter
sunflower oil
pepper
salt
# dry tarator:
1 kg yogurt or 500 g unsalted cottage cheese or yoghurt
1/3 pm .ch. ground walnuts
3 cloves garlic
2 pickles
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 bunch dill
salt
pepper
Method
Eggs are broken with pepper and salt. The butter was melted and added to the beaten eggs. Pour the mixture into greased pan with sunflower oil and fry over high heat. Once you catch the edges, omelettes pour into bowl, put on top as a garnish dry tarator and served immediately. dry tarator is prepared as yogurt leave to strain through cheesecloth overnight - if used cottage cheese or yoghurt ready no need to strain. Then put it in a bowl and mix with a lot of chopped cucumbers, the oil, the walnuts, crushed garlic, finely chopped dill, pepper and salt.
