Pancakes buckwheat (Buckwheat cakes)

100 g of buckwheat flour
150 ml milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
sunflower oil for frying
Pancakes buckwheat (Buckwheat cakes)

Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the egg with the milk and add to the dry mixture. Stir well and leave about 30 minutes to swell. 2 pancakes are fried on both sides until golden.

My family loves buckwheat flour but I have not seen.

Here with me is bought in Reformhaus and individual Bio-shops and -supermarketi (I'm sure), I think the company has Allnatura, whose products here are sold at dm (this is a guess).

Buckwheat in large supermarkets can be found, but I have not seen flour. Whether it can be digested in a coffee grinder ?!

I did not know that there is no buckwheat flour ... and for your offer, Ina - depends on the grinder, I guess. Even if it is not powdery flour, and slightly rough, should be prepared for it to swell. The recipe is gluten-free - for people intolerant to him is perfect.

I thought of the grinder because once grind sugar in it to make a powder.

We love buckwheat in shopska salad, but I will try and so!

Since I did not find buckwheat flour, her ground in the grinder. It was a meal. Thickens after 30 minutes and were just 2 large pancakes, but maybe four smaller to get. With strawberry jam are very tasty, but I could not make them curl pancake start to break. At least in my case.
