Ingredients
500 g chestnut
1 tbsp flour
2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
15 g gelatin
3-4 tbsp chopped green sweet figs
2 packets of vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
biscuits for decoration
cream for decoration
Method
Flour suspended in 1 cup cold milk. Add well-beaten egg yolks, sugar and remaining milk. The mixture was put on fire and beat with a wire until they begin to form bubbles. Pulls to one side and added to gelatin previously soaked in a little cold water and melted in a water bath. Mix everything well. Chestnuts are peeled and boiled, and then compressed. To the resulting paste were added dairy cream, egg whites, beaten to snow with powdered sugar, fruit jam and vanilla. Pour the mixture into an oblong cake pan and cover with biscuits with the flat side up. Allow to cool. After Parfait tense, as is dips briefly in hot water and dessert turns into a suitable dish. Serve decorated with whipped cream.
