Ingredients
12 halves of peach compote
100 g unsalted cottage cheese
2-3 tbsp yogurt
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp chopped, lightly toasted almonds or walnuts
Method
Peaches drip of syrup. Everything else is well stirred and half fill with the mixture. Cool in the refrigerator, distributed in 3 portion and scatter the almonds.
