Peaches stuffed with nuts and raisins

Ingredients
4 peaches
35 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
50 g ground almonds
20 g grated chocolate
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp rum
2 tbsp caster sugar
1/3 pm .ch. white dessert wine
cream for decoration
Method
The butter and sugar well. Add pre-soaked in rum raisin, chocolate and almonds. Mix again. Peaches Peel and halve. Discard the stones. With the spoon extends the opening and is filled with the mixture. Peaches rank in greased and sprinkled with powdered sugar fireproof container. Pour the wine. Bake about 20 minutes in a moderate oven. Serve decorated with cream.
