Ingredients
2 tomatoes
5-6 peppers
100 g feta cheese
3-4 tbsp strained yogurt
2 pinches salt
dill
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 and 1 / 2 tbsp paprika
2 cloves garlic (can and powder)
Method
First chopped tomatoes (as Shopska), top sliced ​​and roasted peppers, sprinkle with salt, fennel, and crushed garlic. Top and put crumbled the feta cheese, strained yogurt. Make roux with the oil and paprika and pour immediately over the strained milk.
