Ingredients
10-12 white mushrooms
1 cup rice
3 onions
1 carrot
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup Broth
tomato paste
salt
Method
Mushrooms are soaked in water for 3 hours, then boiled in a same mode. The foam of the broth was removed. Mushrooms are removed from it, cut and fry. Chop finely and stew. The carrot is boiled, passaged and mixed with tomato paste. To this mixture add the mushrooms, strain broth and wash the rice. This mixture is placed in a tall pot on the stove. Dish add salt, Cover and boil until the rice absorbs all the liquid.
