Ingredients
1/2 cup water (hot)
42 g yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 kg of flour
1/2 cup yogurt
3 eggs
1 tbsp salt
20 g butter

Method
In warm water, dissolve the yeast, add the sugar, 2 tbsp flour and the oil. The mixture was left covered for about 5 minutes. Sifted 1 kg of flour and made well. In the well to break the eggs, add milk, the salt, the butter and the mixture with yeast. Messi until a dough that does not stick to your fingers. Leave covered to rise for about 1 hour. After the rise is formed into balls and place in greased baking dish. Leave covered for 15 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes. * When red upper crust is better to cover with a newspaper in the oven so as not to burn. When ready smeared with a little butter and covered for 10 minutes.
