Pizza with smoked breasts in a microwave

Ingredients
400 g flour
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
90 g butter
4 eggs
zest
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
100 g smoked brisket
50 g onion
80 g cheese
1 cup cream
salt
pepper
Method
2 eggs broken well with 70 g of the butter, add a little grated lemon peel, sifted flour with baking powder, milk and a pinch of salt and mix a smooth dough. Allow to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Kneaded again, rolled and put into shape, the edges are folded up. Smoked breast cut and fry with chopped onion in remaining butter fat at 600 W for 2 minutes. The filling is spread over the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. The remaining 2 eggs are broken down with the cream, seasoned with salt and pepper and pour over the cheese. The pizza is baked at 600 W and includes an electric oven (250 C) 15 minutes. * To prepare this recipe requires a combined microwave.
