Ingredients
1 cup rice (jasmine preferably)
1 pepper
1 carrot
2-3 tbsp sweet corn canned
100 g mushrooms (pickled or fresh)
1/4 cabbage
egg 1
2 tbsp soy sauce
sunflower oil
2 pm. h. water (broth)
Method
All vegetables are cut into strips of carrot Grate. Heat sunflower oil and lightly fry and rice as they begin to add products hardness carrot, bell pepper, corn, cabbage, mushrooms finally cabbage to stay crisp and soy sauce stew and add 2 cups water or broth. Boil until ready rice. Optional fry a scrambled egg as omelette, cut it into strips and add it to the finished rice. * Products in this recipe are optional, I put what I have in the fridge - improvise. Can be made with meat.
