Ingredients
          300 g mussels
          1 green pepper pepper
          1 carrot
          1 tomato
          1/2 onion
          1 tbsp olive oil
          1 tsp salt

          Method
              Stew 300 g fresh black mussels in boiling water until opened. Then, the empty half is removed. In separate bowl chopped a tomato, a green pepper, onion and half Grate a carrot. They add a spoonful of olive oil and salt. Mussels are arranged on a plate and fill with the prepared salad.
