Schnitzel zucchini - II type

1 kg zucchini
1-2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2-3 cloves garlic - crushed
1/2 tsp soda
3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp cornmeal
in large pieces chopped walnuts optional
sunflower oil for frying
podlucheno yogurt or salad for garnish

Washed and scraped sheet zucchini grated. Add salt, stir well and leave in the court inclined to run out of juice (can be placed in a colander). Drain well and mix with other products. With spoon scoops of the mixture and fry on both sides in the heated sunflower oil. Serve with podluchenoto yogurt or salad.
