Shabu-Shabu

Ingredients
300 g chicken
300 g beef or pork
1/4 cabbage
3 carrots
2 zucchini
2 peppers
250 g mushrooms
onion
boiled spaghetti
vegetable broth
100 ml soy Sauce
100 ml white wine
Method
Cut the meat into thin strips and vegetables into pieces. Are placed one by one in boiling water and put cube broth. Once everything uvri add pre cooked spaghetti. Stir to boil for 1 minute and is served by the bay with sauce each portion. The sauce is prepared by boiling together soy sauce and wine.

And what vegetables do them and when?

Reni, vegetables and meat are cooked, the meat first then put the vegetables, I wrote that are placed in boiling water until cooked.
