Soup of oatmeal and cheese

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
50 g oatmeal
40 g carrots
40 g celery
20 g toasted flour
100 ml milk
100 g butter or margarine
1 egg
parsley
salt

Method
Oatmeal boil 6 cups cold water until soft. Separately boil vegetables Strain with oatmeal. Soup thickened with toasted flour as boil for another 5 minutes Add the salt, removed from heat and thicken the milk and egg. Then crushed and the feta cheese with the butter is added to the soup, which is sprinkled with chopped parsley.
