500 g asparagus
50 g butter
100 g cream
parsley
salt
Method
Boil the asparagus in salted water until poluomekvane and straining. In the butter fry the finely chopped parsley, add asparagus, 100 g of broth, in which mumbo asparagus and stew until soft. Just before presenting with cream.
