500 g of fresh washed and cleaned strawberries
100 g sugar
15 g gelatin
250 g pastry cream
In a blender Stir sugar with strawberries. Preheat 1/3 of this mixture and adding thereto gelatin which are pre-softened in cold water. Add the remaining mixture of sugar and strawberries and cream shattered cream. Confused slightly with a spoon. Pour into bowls and decorate with strawberry.
