8 tea biscuits

Method
Cream and strawberries are broken down separately with a mixer or chopper. Thus, the broken products (respectively the cream of snow and berries juice) were mixed and stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. In a rectangular tray or cups mousse rank order cream cream biscuits row - crushed sand. The top layer of mousse should be cream-strawberry cream. decoration is optional with chocolate, fruit or other of your choice.
